Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a Virtual Private Server can be a difficult duty. You either have to do the work all by yourself , in other words devote your valuable time to looking after your VPS, or else you need to find a 3rd–party tool whose only task will be to watch over your VPS. And that is where our Admin Services package will comes in real handy. With it, your VPS server will be added to our custom server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the key tasks. And in the event of a service failure, our system administrators will be notified straight away and they will solve the trouble as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the simplest thing on earth. You will either have to use some other server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively arrange a 3rd–party solution. We offer a much simpler and easier solution with our Admin Services deal. We will create a full backup of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never need to be worried about losing key data. Last but not least we can retrieve a backup very quickly. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a nearly infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software apps. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It is an essential part of our Admin Services package, which allows you to demand any of our well–trained server admins to install and configure any kind of software application and to take care of any issue that you’re having with the Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It’s an optional feature with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
